Notoble Stationery is operated by Jasmine Bozorgmanesh. When you place an order, your agreement is with her, and these terms are that agreement. You can reach her any time at jasmine@notoblestationery.com.

By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. We do our best to keep product descriptions and images accurate, but slight variations can occur.

All content on this site, including the Notoble name, logo, product designs, photos, and copy, belongs to Notoble Stationery and may not be used without permission.

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Notoble Stationery is not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses arising from your use of the site, and our responsibility for any order will not exceed what you paid for that order.

Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer under the law, including your rights around faulty or misdescribed goods.

Notoble Stationery is registered in Florida. These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Florida.
