We want you to love your Notoble. Here's how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
Return window & condition
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unused, unwritten in, and in their original condition with all original packaging.
We can't accept returns on used items, damage that happened after delivery, or sale/clearance items. Customers cover return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an approval notice. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Damaged or defective items
Report any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery to jasmine@notoblestationery.com with your order number and photos. We'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for wrong or defective items. For a style or color change, please place a new order and return the original item.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that we may not be able to stop the shipment.
