Notoble Stationery is operated by Jasmine Bozorgmanesh. She is responsible for the personal information described here. For any question about your information, email jasmine@notoblestationery.com.

When you place an order, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe), so we never see or store your full card number.

If you join our email list, we store the email address you enter and the date you joined. That is all we keep for the list: no name, and nothing about what you have bought or looked at.

We use privacy-friendly analytics to count page visits and see which pages people find useful. It does not follow you around other websites and does not identify you personally.

So that we can tell how many people visit and where they leave the shop, we store one small cookie in your browser. It holds a randomly generated ID and nothing else. It is not linked to your name, your email, or your order, and it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Against that random ID we record which pages were opened and whether a cart was started or checkout was reached. That is what lets us see which parts of the shop are confusing. We do not record what you type, and none of it is sold or shared for advertising.

We use your information to process and ship orders, send order updates, and respond to questions. We do not sell your personal information.

If you joined the email list, we use your address only to email you about new colors, restocks, discounts, and study content. We do not add order or contact emails to the list — the only way onto it is to enter your address yourself.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store, like our payment processor and shipping carriers, and only as needed to fulfill your order or as required by law.

Notoble is made for students in their teens and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us their information, email jasmine@notoblestationery.com and we will delete it.

We keep order records for as long as the shop is running, so we can answer questions about past orders. If you would like your information removed sooner, email jasmine@notoblestationery.com and we will delete it.

Email list addresses are kept until you ask to come off, and then they are deleted rather than marked inactive.

To come off the email list, email jasmine@notoblestationery.com and we will remove your address. To ask what data we hold or to request deletion, email the same address.
